Helen is a technology and management consultant with 25 years' experience at a global technology consulting firm. She has led large-scale transformations across Australia, Europe, and Asia, delivering practical, high-impact outcomes by aligning people and strategy. Helen thrives on turning complex challenges into results that move organisations forward.

Shane is a wholesale investment manager with over 30 years of experience delivering consistent, long-term outperformance. His approach is grounded in rigorous security selection, fundamental valuation analysis, and disciplined portfolio management. Shane is the founder of JCP Investment Partners.

Joy brings more than 25 years of experience across the financial services and property industries, combining executive leadership with a proven track record in brand and customer strategy. Alongside her Bachelor of Business, a lifelong passion for the cultural and heritage sector has led her to earn a Graduate Diploma in Planning and Design and a Master of Urban and Cultural Heritage. She is currently completing a PhD at the University of Melbourne.

Arthur Dimitropoulos is an executive leader and Board Director with experience across healthcare, disability, community, and ASX-listed environments. As Chief Operating Officer at Red Nose, he leads enterprise operations and partners with the Board and CEO to drive financial sustainability, governance, and organisational performance. Arthur has a strong track record in organisational transformation and turnaround, complemented by extensive governance experience including Board roles as Treasurer and Audit & Risk Chair. He holds an MBA, is a Certified Management Accountant, and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Economics and Politics from Monash University (1974). He built a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in investment banking, specialising in money market securities across local and international markets, before transitioning to fund management. Greg subsequently served as Chief Investment Officer of a major industry superannuation fund, where he oversaw investment strategy, liaised with the Board, directed appointed fund managers, and managed member communications. He brings extensive financial markets expertise to his role on the Trust, which he has held since 2016.

Kerrie Howard is an Institutional Consultant and Forum Chair at the Centre for Institutional Investors (CII), bringing more than 35 years of experience across the investment industry. She has built her career at leading financial intermediaries, holding senior leadership and specialist roles encompassing portfolio management, business development, asset allocation, securities dealing and risk management. Kerrie has worked extensively with superannuation funds, insurers, government bodies and family offices. She holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT University and is a Senior Associate of FINSIA.

Sumi is a Civil Engineer with over 30 years of senior management and consulting experience across the water, municipal and government sectors. She provides expert advice on strategic asset management, service reviews and systems procurement, drawing on a career spanning technical engineering and executive leadership. Prior to establishing her own consulting practice, Sumi held senior roles in the water industry, including a directorship at South Gippsland Water. She is a Chartered Professional Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Australia.

Angus MacHutchison is a Project Director at Oreana, a multidisciplinary property development, construction and investment group. With more than 35 years of experience in corporate property and funds management, Angus has held senior roles across leading organisations including McDonald's, Westfield, Colonial First State and Vicinity Centers, where he spent over 20 years shaping large-scale property portfolios across Australia. His expertise lies in strategic project development and the active management of complex, high-value assets. Most recently, Angus served as Head of Property at boutique funds manager Newmark Capital prior to joining Oreana.

Bernadette Carroll is a retired Landscape Designer and Project Manager with extensive experience in public landscape management, formal and heritage garden management, and urban forest management across public, private and cemetery sectors. She remains passionate about the science of horticulture and arboriculture with particular interest in the successful management of heritage landscapes in light of the challenges presented by climate change. She believes that cemetery landscapes play an important role in providing places of reflection, serenity, healing and connection with nature.

Mark Ravanello is the Chief Governance Officer at the Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust, leading governance, risk, and compliance with a strong focus on integrity and strategic stewardship. He brings extensive experience advising executives and boards, strengthening governance culture, and supporting effective decision-making in complex environments. Based in Victoria, Mark works closely with senior leadership to uphold organisational excellence and community trust. He provides thoughtful, people-centered governance guidance to Boroondara Cemetery.
